INDICATIONS:Headache, Sore throat, asthma, dizziness, facial flushing, red face, fullness of the chest, shortness of breath, asthma, vomiting, hypertension, hypotension, swelling and pain of the throat, scrofula, goiter, difficulty in swallowing, thyroid swelling, dyspnea, vomiting, esophageal constriction and spasm, swollen larynx, dizziness, speech impairment, piglet Qi syndrome, general and acute pain treatment, sudden motor paralysis, lumbar pain
CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:Care should be taken to avoid puncturing the carotid artery which must be palpated and then held laterally during needling, by using the index finger and thumb of one hand, above and below the point. This method should not be attempted without appropriate clinical supervision. Contraindicated to moxabustion (classical).
